1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadarisTech, operated by Unibrains Sarl, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MadarisTech is a multi-tenant school management platform that provides tools for student management, scheduling, attendance tracking, assessments, financial management, and communication for educational institutions including general schools and healthcare academies.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of MadarisTech is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. You retain ownership of all data you input into the system.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

MadarisTech and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unibrains Sarl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unibrains Sarl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fes, Morocco.
